At the Vanier Museopark, Halloween is in full swing! Throughout October, families are invited to celebrate the magic of the season with two fun activities: Halloween in the forest, a trick-or-treating through Richelieu Park, and the CreActivity Club, a creative workshop filled with hands-on Halloween crafts. Come enjoy the fall colours, explore the outdoors, and make lasting memories with your loved ones!
CreActivity Club: Pretty pumpkin
An eerie Halloween theme is taking over CreActivity Club this October! Kids will get the chance to craft their very own fancy paper pumpkin — cute, mess-free, and easy to recreate at home to make a festive garland.
Join us on October 18, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Vanier Museopark museum for a playful activity that’s sure to delight little monsters!
Halloween in the forest: a community, family-friendly tradition not to be missed!
The Vanier Museopark, in collaboration with the Vanier Optimist Club, invites families to enjoy a spooky stroll through the Richelieu Park forest this Halloween! Once again this year, a volunteer from the Lire et faire lire Ontario program will also read stories around the camp fire!
On Saturday, October 25, 2025*, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. (or while supplies last), children can take part in fun challenges to collect all kinds of sweet treats. Fun for kids… and grown-ups too! Join us, in Richelieu Park, and don’t forget to wear your costume!
