Maple Season : from mid-February to mid-April
The Vanier Sugar Shack restaurant is now closed for the maple syrup season.
We look forward to welcoming you back in 2027 for the next maple syrup season!
However, the Vanier Sugar Shack remains available for private event rentals (weddings, receptions, and other special occasions).
The Lumberjack ($25)
- Eggs, potatoes
- Choice of: bacon or sausage (or mix of both)
- Choice of: pancakes or French toasts (or mix of both)
- Choice of: pea soup or baked beans
- Choice of beverage: coffee, tea, hot chocolate or orange juice
The Hiker ($25)
- Eggs, potatoes
- Pea soup
- Yogurt and maple granola
- Choice of: pancakes or French toasts (or mix of both)
- Choice of beverage: coffee, tea, hot chocolate or orange juice
Kids Portion ($12)
- Choice of: Lumberjack or Hiker
- Choice of beverage: hot chocolate or orange juice
- Children 10 years and younger
