Full payment is required at least two business days before the scheduled outing at the Vanier Museopark. Your trip will be confirmed once you receive an invoice from the Muséopark. The cancellation policy is only applicable from that point forward. CANCELLATION POLICY Fees apply if you cancel your booking: Cancellation less than 15 business days before the visit: 50% of the total visit fee will be charged. Cancellation within 2 business days of the visit: 100% of the total visit fee will be charged. If the Vanier Museopark must cancel your visit for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
