To Business

The result of a collaboration between RDÉE Ontario (now Ontario Economic Corporation – OEO), the Office of Francophone Affairs and the Vanier Museopark, the temporary exhibition Towards Business, Entrepreneur Stories of French Ontario showcases nine Franco-Ontarian personalities who have each marked their domains during different periods of Vanier’s history.

Unveiled at the Franco-Ontarian Small and Medium Business Gala, the exhibition focuses on the activities of Florian Carrière, Edmond Chevrier, Diane and Béatrice Desloges, Cyprien Lamarre, Alfred Larose, Conrad Lavigne, Ascanio J. Major, Thomas Pajot and Peter Payette. They have all been at the head of companies that have played a major role in the vitality of Vanier’s Francophone community
