It’s official! Your favorite summer event is returning to the Vanier Sugar Shack! Following last year’s success, we’re doing it again with a monthly edition in June, July, and August.

The Muséoparc welcomes you back for the long-awaited return of its famous Beer & Bites evenings! The concept is simple and delicious: a gourmet selection of appetizers paired with a tasting of local beers. It’s the perfect opportunity to unwind after work, discover new flavors, and relax in the festive and warm atmosphere of the Sugar Shack!

• Food Partner: Chef Phil Cameron 👨‍🍳

  An Ottawa native and culinary graduate from La Cité, Chef Phil Cameron offers private fine dining experiences and high-end catering services. He boasts a prestigious background, having represented Canada as Sous-Chef at the Dubai 2020 World Expo, served as Chef at the German Embassy, and worked at the Parliamentary Restaurant. Deeply committed to his community, he is the Chairman of the Ottawa Culinary Federation and actively volunteers with Food For Thought.

The first event of the summer:

• When: Thursday, June 18, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

• Featured Brewery: Manor Park Brewing

• Featured Chef: Phil Cameron

• Where: At the Vanier Sugar Shack (300 des Pères-Blancs Avenue in Richelieu Park, Vanier)

• Price: $35 + taxes per person (19+ only)
