The Vanier Museopark is proud to present a new permanent exhibition highlighting the turbulent history of the Franco-Ontarian community, and more specifically that of Vanier, Ottawa’s French-speaking bastion.

Museopark Members: free
Children 17 and younger: free
Adults 18+: $6.50
Students and Seniors (65+): $5
Thursday visits: free for everyone!

Opening Hours:

Monday: exhibit closed to the public
Tuesday to Friday: from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Closed on statutory holidays
- The museum will be closed March 29 and April 1, 2024 (for Good Friday and Easter Monday).

Parking & Accessibility:

The free parking area is located at the Richelieu-Vanier Centre (300 des Pères-Blancs Av.).
The building also meets accessibility standards, including an access ramp, automatic doors and elevator.
OC Transpo bus line 20 drops off in front of the Richelieu-Vanier Community Centre, less than a 2-minute walk from the sugar shack. You can plan your trip by clicking here.
