This sugared water was then boiled in our sugar shack&#8217;s evaporator, giving us our first batch of maple syrup of the 2025 season, a very dark grade syrup.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The 2025 batch, 900 bottles proudly produced in Vanier at Canada&#8217;s only urban sugar shack, features new labels with an artistic flair. They were created by visual arts students at the Acad\u00e9mie des arts of <a href=\"https:\/\/beatrice-desloges.ecolecatholique.ca\/\">\u00c9cole secondaire catholique B\u00e9atrice-Desloges<\/a>. Guided by the techniques and advice of visual artist Max Black, brand ambassador for P\u00e9b\u00e9o paints, Grade 10 students in Mrs. Jos\u00e9e Rivard&#8217;s class created pieces of art to embellish the Museopark&#8217;s maple syrup label. Our team selected four designs from all those submitted to create its collection of maple syrup bottles.
