Yesterday, March 9, the Festival was officially launched with the <strong data-start=\"709\" data-end=\"810\">19th edition of<\/strong> <a target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"756\" data-end=\"808\">Soup(e) Splash<\/a>, and continue with family and community days on March 28 and 29.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"879\" data-end=\"1182\"><em data-start=\"879\" data-end=\"1121\">&#8220;The Vanier Sugar Festival is first and foremost a celebration of our community and maple traditions. We are thrilled to offer everyone, young and old, a festive moment to come together, discover our know-how, and fully enjoy sugar season.&#8221;<\/em>\u2014 <strong data-start=\"1124\" data-end=\"1180\">Yves Turbide, Executive Director of Museopark Vanier<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1184\" data-end=\"1350\">For this 41st edition, the Festival presents a festive, family-friendly, and musical program that will delight all ages. Here is an overview of the main activities:<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"246\" data-end=\"488\"><\/h4>\n<h4 data-start=\"246\" data-end=\"488\"><strong data-start=\"246\" data-end=\"279\">Soup(e) Splash \u2013 19th Edition<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"177\">Monday, March 9 at 5:30 p.m., the 19th edition of the Soup(e) Splash took place, a gastronomic fundraising event held in support of Sugar Festival Vanier.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"179\" data-end=\"507\">For the occasion, six restaurants from Vanier, Ottawa, and Gatineau showcased their creativity by presenting an original soup made with maple syrup.
